    All Food vendors incur an additional $125.00 fee to cover additional costs in regard to compliance with Newcastle City Council Regulations that are paid by the Event Organisers.
  • Electrical Outlets

    This fee is a cost per single electrical outlet/point. NO LEADS SUPPLIED. All Electrical Cords are to have current tags and a power surge outlet applied. 10A and 15A only, NO 3 phase power and NO 20A power. Each appliance is equal to one outlet. STRICTLY NO POWER BOARDS.

    ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS PROCESSED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN CONFIRMATION EMAIL. ONCE PAYMENT RECEIVED YOU WILL RECEIVE A STALL INFORMATION PACKAGE TO GAIN ACCESS FOR SET UP. ENTRY TO THE EVENT FOR SET UP WILL BE BETWEEN 6AM— 8.00AM.
